It is the InterFulfillment customers responsibility to manage their over-allocated/back orders. You can access the over-allocated orders report by navigating to Reports> Transactions >OpenOrders
Select the Report Definition: "OverAllocated-OpenOrders".
The report displays the over-allocated skus, quantities and affected orders.
IMPORTANT: *Please make sure to communicate order cancellations and modifications with support@interfulfillment.com. Cancelling or modifying an order in your shopping cart will not edit orders that have already been imported in the InterFulfillment portal.
