How to Create an Individual Order Manually
In order to create an individual order manually, simply follow the steps outlined below:
STEP ONE: Visit the InterFulfillment Customer Portal and log in with your account credentials.
STEP TWO: Once you have logged in, navigate to 'Orders > Create Order'.
STEP THREE: Ensure you select your 'Customer' name from the drop-down, as well as your designated 'Warehouse'. Assign your order a 'Reference Number'. This is typically the order number from your sales platform (all 3 fields of information in this step are required in order to proceed).
STEP FOUR: Hit 'Save'. This will take you to the following step and assign your order with a 'Transaction ID'.
STEP FIVE: Fill in on required fields (marked with a red border) as needed. This includes all 'Order Contact Details (ship to information), 'Order Line Items' (items included in the order) as well as 'Carrier and Routing' (carrier and service options).
STEP SIX: When you are confident your order is ready to ship, navigate to 'Orders > Find Orders', locate your order by entering the order 'Transaction ID' or 'Reference Number', select 'Manage' and then 'Edit Order' from the dropdown menu.

STEP SEVEN (Final): On the 'Edit Order' panel, select 'Mark as Imported'. This step will result in our team shipping your order. Any further adjustments required to the order will need to be made by our support team (email@example.com). Once 'Mark as Imported' is selected, you can no longer adjust the order yourself. Your order will ship out as soon as possible.
