Thank you once again for trusting the InterFulfillment team with your fulfillment needs. Below are the steps you can anticipate during your InterFulfillment on-boarding process.
- If you haven't done so already, please completes the InterFulfillment Account Information Survey sent by sales@interfulfillment.com
- The InterFulfillment customer service department will send you the portal usernames, passwords and a link with helpful instructions and videos for using the customer portal to manage your orders and inventory.
- The InterFulfillment Account Manager will send you the order upload/integration information.
- The Account Manager will schedule a phone meeting with you to confirm your account particulars.
- The InterFulfillment Account Manager will have an account kick-off call with the operations team members .
- Please send the InterFulfillment inbound inventory file to receiving@interfulfillment.com
- Please make sure a delivery appointment is booked for shipments over 4 pallets via receiving@interfulfillment.com
- Your Inventory will arrive at our facility.
- Items are created in the system, measured, weighed and added into stock. Anticipate up to 5 business days for this to be completed.
- Orders can begin importing.
- Operations and/or warehouse supervisor will oversee the first orders to confirm packing particulars.
- The InterFulfillment billing department will carefully review the first invoice with the account manager to make sure all services are setup correctly.
On-Going Routine
- Please send all day to day requests including order modifications, order cancellations, return labels request, lost/damaged package claims, invoice inquires to support@interfulfillment.com
- It is also important to note that we have experienced email subjects that are inadequately structured routed to General Support, causing delays due to manual reassignment. Utilizing subject keywords ensures immediate assignment to the relevant support agent or facility. For optimal results, please include specific terms in your email subject like:
Order documents Ontario
Incoming shipment Ontario
Order cancellation Ontario
Order modification Ontario
